- Paper*: Final versions of papers should be submitted online using the link below. After you log in to EasyChair, go to My Submissions > Submit a new version.
- Attachment*: Please upload a signed and completed IEEE Copyright form (PDF Version) as an attachment on the submission portal. The copyright form can be downloaded from http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html
Submission in PDF format is required using double column, IEEE format, with a minimum font size of 10 points.
Final Version Submission:
Please note: In order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program, one author of each accepted paper must be
registered at full (non-student) rate for Regular Papers by the registration deadline. For Concept Papers, registration at student rate is allowed if the paper is presented by a student author. Please note that each paper requires a separate registration.
Please make sure to adhere strictly to the formatting requirements of IEEE conference publication and the page limits: 6 pages for a regular paper and 2 pages for a concept paper.
If you would like to include more details in your papers, you have the option of adding up to 2 extra pages at an additional cost of 110€/page to be paid during registration.
Both of the following files need to be uploaded on the submission portal for a submission to be considered complete (* - Required). In addition there will be a poster discussion session where all posters will be displayed. The MAXIMUM poster size is 1.57m (h) x 1.18m (w).
Short Presentation: 10 mins Presentation (7 mins + 3 mins for Q/A)
Windows Powerpoint 2010 will be provided for presentations. The videoprojector does not support 16:9 (wide) format.
