Authors are invited to submit papers of 4-8 pages in length for the Regular, nano CMOS, Reliability, Nanofabrics Progress Updates, and Crosscut Sessions.

All submitters should use the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings,
available here.

Submission in PDF format is required.

Final versions of papers should be submitted online at http://online.nanoarch.org.
Copyright transfer also must be completed (online is preferred).

Using the online system, select the "Author" tab and left-click on your paper.
Please note the "Upload Final Version" and "Submit Copyright Form" options.

Please return a signed IEEE Copyright form by one of the following means:

• online electronic submission through the final paper submission interface
